I was given a refinance rate of 2.9, but after the application process and everything went through, they approach me with an initial rate of 6.0. I was shocked and asked if it was because I added my spouse. He told me know, your credit is an 800, it’s just a recession. Well, it was also the day before when they gave me the rate…. The people can be very helpful, or very smart mouthed, depending on the stage of your loan, and they won’t answer the phone, they will call you back a few days later.
Probably the most transparent financing I've ever done. Fast and efficient even through the holidays.
