Great experience for my first refinancing. The rep that got assigned to my case was great. He followed up by phone, provide ways to stay in touch through the whole process, as well as helped make everything as easy as possible through the entire process.
Easy process, professional service They helped my husband and I refinance a car loan for a much lower interest rate than the original loan. Our loan agent was polite, courteous and kept us informed every step of the way.
Great! John Milton helped me out through a refi and I’m stoked at how fast and easy it was! He was very helpful and really worked with me and found what I wanted. I recommend not only RateGenius, but also commend them on their employees!
Great Fast and easy process, very helpful throughout everything .
Great! Everything was great and easy.
SAVED ME THOUSANDS!!! Helped me refinance a loan with my car as collateral and got me an APR rate that was 21% less!! Had the same 48 month period and payments were $100 cheaper a month. Eileen communicated with me regularly and updated me every step. Quick, easy, and painless!
Refinance Communication with what needed to be notarized and what didn’t was not thorough and had spent more money than I should. Took about a month to finally get paper work done.
Easiest refinance Working with Ms. Phatifah B. was the absolute best! She was able to help me really understand what the process entailed, very quick to respond to any and all questions I had, super kind, and it really just felt like I was talking to a friend. The steps were incredibly easy, and we were able to get everything done quickly. I will be recommending RateGenius to friends and family in the future.
Auto loan Very easy to work with. Lowered my payments .
