Still a win I applied to refinance my vehicle because the rate shown on credit karma was over half of what my rate was. By the time it was all said and done, the rate went up 2.2%, which made the new offer only 2% below what I already had. Wasn’t thrilled about the rate, but Trudy was easy to talk to and very helpful with the process. She walked me through each step and even reminded me of I skipped something. Overall good
