Terrible experience regarding the VA appraisal and the overall price of the home. Delays in return calls and/or text messages. Still waiting for a copy of the 2 appraisals done by the VA that we ended paying $700 for and should be allowed to have. Very unpleasant experience with KB Home.

Raul and his team were not enjoyable to work with. They were difficult to communicate with and they only responded to what they wanted to. Our forms were incorrect after several attempts to correct them, Peggy was also extremely rude and pushy to work with. Our amazing sales rep Lee knew way more than Raul regarding our status and stepped in to assist when able.
