Stay away from this company. I hired them for managing my property. They have good marketing people to get you in. Once you in, they don't care. They'll keep you on the call for hours and even after many days your issue won't get addressed. I had a tough time with them, only on few occasions where the work entailed very simple stuff, the going is smooth. They hardly understand you and communication is bad.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Edsyl today to resolve some issues with the dispatching system. We found a solution that brought some old fashioned communication. I really appreciated the help that was provided to me. I do hope Poplar finds more reps to help communicate with Fielders outside of office hours. Thank you ✌🏾😎
Friday 8/18/23 about 9:30pm my water was turned off due to an outside water leak. I had a rude awakening Saturday morning with a house full of family that was visiting and NO WATER. I had to shower at another family members house, I also had to purchase gallons of water and still NO follow up from POPLAR HOMES with any of my issues/concerns.
