Ray was our blessing in disquise. We were originally just looking for information regarding buying a house. We had no down payment. After discussing with Ray, we were able to come up with a solution that allowed us to get the down payment and closing cost. Ray was available to us any time of the day or night to answer questions or deal with problems.He made us feel very comfortable. There was no stress in what could have been a very stressful situation. He has made our dream come true!

Ray and is company are by far the best lending team I have worked with in over 10 years of being in the real estate business. Ray and his team took immediate action and helped me to get my offer excepted while in multiple offer situation. Then went above and beyond during the underwriting process and closed my loan in less than 20 days which is amazing. I am a first time home owner and had little to no knowledge of home buying. Ray was extremely informative and made sure I understood every piece of information I was sent. He continuously provided me with honest advise and I truly believe he gave me the same advise and help he would his own kids. He was very professional and made sure the process went as smooth and quick as possible. Very trustworthy, friendly, and easy to work with. Ray was always available and ready to answer any questions throughout the loan process. He took the time to get to know us and help alleviate our fears and concerns with buying a home. The prequalification was thorough and gave us extra assurance that we would be in a good position to make an offer and get a loan. We ended up in a bidding situation and needed to close fast to be competitive. Ray was able to get us to closing in 20 days. Overall, we felt we were well taken care of and that our needs always came first.
