After DR Horton signed a contract, canceled, raised the price, then signed another contract, canceled, then raise the price I was FINALLY able to close on a BEAUTIFUL Resale with Ray. WITH IN 2 WEEKS I was clear to close!!!! Beyond his ability to quickly close my conventional loan at a great rate, ME BEING 100% SELF-EMPLOYED, he made sure that I understood every step of the process along with all of the numbers. This process was extremely simple and took almost no effort. If everyone could operate like this we wouldn't have competition. More people should be using Ray's services

Everything was easy with Ray. I never had worries with him through the whole process. From start to finish he explained everything in detail. He answered any and every question I had. His flexibility and availability with my work schedule was a huge plus.
