Dr. Iebba has been the best dentist I have had so far. I had a bad experience with my previous dentists who for some reason I couldn't trust. Every time I went to them I felt like they were trying to scare me into treatments that I didn't "need". They made it seem as if I had really bad teeth that needed some major work. I don't disagree that I hadn't paid enough attention in the past few years. But with Dr. Iebba, I don't feel like a complete loser. I cannot imagine how a dentist could be better than Dr. Iebba. I had not been to the dentist for over 12 years until recently. I made an appointment at Dr. Iebba's office only because of the proximity of her office to where I work. Only after the appointment was made did I bother to read the glowing reviews that have already been posted about her. Those reviews, however, still did little to assuage my fears of the dentist. My best dentist appointment yet! I came to Dr. Iebba for a second opinion and really liked her, so switched immediately. Dr. Iebba was super sweet, nice, & efficient. She took the time to get to know me, was very personable, and really made me feel comfortable. Her staff was warm and helpful and while the dentist is not my favorite place, Dr. Iebba made it a great experience. She did a great job inspecting my teeth and gave me useful feedback. I cannot stress it enough, you have to see Dr. Iebba for your dental needs! I have gone through my fair amount of dental mishaps- dentists telling me I needed unnecessary work, not checking to see if my insurance covered this work or even swapping my dental records with someone else's! This was actually my second visit and I figured I should probably give her a review since I really like her office. However on my first visit when I was filling out the paperwork, I realized I lost my insurance card but since I had 2 co-workers already using her services they took the time to lookup my information for me. They do email and text reminders which is great for folks like me who constantly forget stuff. I have been going to the this Dental Office for over ten years now. I was referred there since back then there wasn't any reviews to look at or available like this now days. This is a great place for a dentist. I am never left waiting very long for my appointment. Scheduling is rather easy. The hygienists are thorough and gentle, the dentists communicate clearly and work with you to make sure they are meeting your needs.
