I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience at the office of Dr. Iebba! Highly recommend, especially if you someone who is nervous at the dentist office as they offer sedation services. I am not someone who needs that but it was great to see that they offered it. Great people, easy process, informative appointment, good follow through. You'd be silly not to give them a try :)
My appointment was great but I chose not to submit a review via google/Facebook/etc in an attempt to limit my exposure to social media. Also, I would like to request that all my future visits be scheduled with the same hygienist, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She has �very good hands� (meaning, she is very skilled in her craft) and is thorough. She also doesn�t do silly things like ask you questions while she has a sharp instrument in your mouth. I had a very positive experience today, was given a quick appointment when I called this morning with pain. The desk personnel were so friendly and helpful. I met with a dentist for the first time and she was lovely, professional, competent, explained everything and gave me the time I needed. I definitely recommend this practice.
Dr. Iebba and her staff have been exceptional with my dental care! The staff is friendly, courteous and understanding of my needs. After working with several dentist offices in Boston near my work, I decided I needed a dentist closer to home in Reading and after doing some searching, I stumbled on Dr. Iebba's office and I am so glad I did! Recently I had a dental emergency over the weekend and Dr. Iebba called me back personally on a Sunday morning to learn more about what happened and got me in to see her the next morning! ... read more
Fantastic service! Staff really took away most of the anxieties I normally have when going to the dentist. She was very thorough and explained things easily. Absolutely love this office!
Dr. Iebba has been a great Dentist and has been taking great care of my last few appointment. She is very courteous and has impeccable bedside manor. The assistants Lilly, Melissa, and Kate keep the front friendly and helpful and work well with the doctors.
