Such kind staff and the best dental care my teeth have ever had. I had a painless root canal yesterday and feel so blessed to have found Dr. Iebba.
I had a twenty year relationship with my past dentist until he retired... I put off looking for a new one until I broke a tooth. I found Dr. Iebba after searching for a highly qualified dentist with a reputation of being gentle. I FOUND HER! Yesterday I had a completely painless root canal on the tooth that broke. I moved to the Waltham area last year and was super sad about having to find a new dentist because my dentist in California was so awesome (but that was five years ago). This was by far the best dentist experience I have had. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable & amazing! They did not make me feel terrible about not getting a teeth cleaning in over 5 years. Dr Iebba and her team were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, on time and helpful. Office is clean, accessible, and organized. Loved how transparent they were with their costs for service (needed a filling and they explained what costs I can expect given my insurance). I don't have a single complaint and would recommend this team to anyone. So refreshing to know that places like this exist in this crazy world of healthcare/dentalcare delivery often laden with long waits, bad attitudes, and inflated/hidden costs.

I actually continue to be very impressed at the efficiency and quality control of your operation, this time especially with the dental assistant: she anticipated the dentist's needs extremely well, was personable, and noticed that I was overdue for a cleaning which she promptly booked. I can not make a single suggestion for improvement of either staff or procedures!!!!
I'm really enjoying being a patient of Dr. Iebba's. Her skills and talent are very reassuring and her pleasant personality and professional demeanor make appointments. I've just completed months of treatment and I couldn't be any happier with the work of Dr. Iebba and her staff. I'm actually going to miss them until I go back for me cleaning. In July! That's a long time to Viktorya ( I hope I spelled her name correctly) did my cleaning today and she was superb! Very thorough, pleasant and informative.
On the contrary, I continue to find your practice EXCEPTIONALLY WELL RUN AND STAFFED and, frankly, think that you provide the highest quality of service I have ever encountered in any dental office.
