My coworker referred me to Dr. Iebba and I am so glad I came in! I generally love going to the dentist, and Dr. Iebba was approachable and very professional.I have to commend the dental assistant, who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job scaling my teeth -- they looked so much whiter afterward. I also appreciate her for making the teeth x-ray process so quick and painless.Very easy to make appointments and as long as I'm in the city, I will continue to see Dr. Iebba for all my dental needs.
My initial visit with Dr. Iebba and her staff was great. Dr. Iebba sat down with me and reviewed the new patient form that I had completed. She asked questions and listened to me. She talked to me and understood what was going on with my teeth and my immediate concerns. Went here for the first time today after switching from another Reading dentist. I was very impressed with the level of detail I was given upfront and was encouraged to ask questions. Susan cleaned my teeth and was very thorough. She was efficient, but took the time to make sure I didn't have any questions. She was very upbeat which actually made going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The best dentist ever! Everyone is warm, friendly and caring. Every step of the way they take the time to make sure you're comfortable and explain what they will be doing so you understand the process. Overall my experience shows me they value my time as much as theirs, they care about their patients as people, not just another file and I've never felt that they are trying to sell you something you don't need.
Over the last five years the office has gone above and beyond to assist me with all my dental needs. I truly appreciate how the office takes take a personal and modern approach. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I was referred to Dr. Iebba from a co-worker who did have a fear of dentists so I decided to give her a try.This was actually my second visit and I figured I should probably give her a review since I really like her office. I came to Dr. Iebba for a second opinion and really liked her, so switched immediately. She is very professional, thorough and has all the qualities one might be looking for in a dentist. I never felt like I am being "cross-sold" so to speak on any of the procedures. If you have a complicated case, she would never act as a "jack of all trades" that is eager to get their hand on more expensive procedures. I had put off getting my chip tooth fixed for years and knew that veneers was something I wanted at some point. Throughout the process, Dr. Iebba was patient, kind, and informative.
