I had my first (and hopefully last) root canal here and cannot recommend this place enough. There was absolutely no pain during or after the procedure, I never had to take any pain medication. Dr. **** could not have been more professional, detailed or pleasant. She was so precise while creating my crown. I appreciate the appointment reminders and follow-up emails, everyone who works here is great. The office is amazing. I've never waited a minute past my appointment time. I was recommended to Dr. **** from a friend who had dental work by her. I live in ******* so I wasn't too happy about the commute. However, after looking up reviews from other dentists in my surrounding area I was super discouraged and decided to make the trek to see her. So happy I did!! I called to make an appointment and the phone was answered very quickly and within a few minutes the receptionist answered all my questions and we had my first appointment booked. I hate going to the dentist. I'm terrified of them. That being said, I never once felt uncomfortable during my visit. Everyone was extremely friendly, and answered any questions that I had. The office was very clean and updated. After I filled out my paperwork, I waited less than 3 minutes and was taken back for my X-rays. I never waited for more than 5 minutes throughout the entire visit. The dental hygienist (I think her name was ********) was very nice and gentle but thorough. I was referred to Dr. **** from a co-worker who did have a fear of dentists so I decided to give her a try. This was actually my second visit and I figured I should probably give her a review since I really like her office. However, on my first visit when I was filling out the paperwork, I realized I lost my insurance card but since I had 2 co-workers already using her services they took the time to look-up my information for me. Amazing experience! I have bad anxiety about dentists but I broke down and made myself go get a tooth extracted. There was little wait while we were there and every staff member was so kind! Dr. Iebba went above and beyond to make my me comfortable. She did everything to make our time there go smoothly and most importantly, painless! I will never go anywhere else as I was so impressed with the experience! Thank you to all of you. She is the best dentist in Reading and if you are looking for someone, this is the place.
I just recently switched to Dr. **** and couldn't be happier. She was thorough, gentle, informative, and on time for the appointment (which is a big plus in my book.) She explained to me exactly what she was doing and priced out the different options with the insurance while I was on the chair so that I could make an informed decision. I love Dr. **** and the staff here! I started going to this clinic over five years ago, when I got my first job that provided dental insurance. I had to have three root canals right away. Before then, I had been terrified of the dentist, but the folks at this dental office were so kind and gentle and understanding that I came to enjoy seeing them. I have been a patient of Dr. ****** for almost two years and have to admit that she is one of the best dentists I have ever had. Believe me, I have had many through my 43 years as I consider a perfect smile is important. Friendlier than most. Almost painless cleaning. Very modern equipment. Only con is the parking situation: pay parking across street for $2 an hour but it's really like parking in a rundown driveway.
