Ms Achatz was very perceptive of my needs. My wife had passed away and I just did not want to be in that home anymore. However after discussing options and suggesting some reliable folks to maintain my lawn she was able to convince me that I should stay in the home 6 months to a year and then I would be ready to decide what to do - sell or stay.
