Wynne did a fabulous job throughout our house hunting journey. She was patient when we wanted to see a million houses; she always questioned certain particulars in a house that we would have overlooked. as far as I am concerned she did a very good job. told us the facts even though she thought we may be unhappy. Not pushy, no pressure. good negotiations since we were on different page than buyer when it came to doing the repairs required after the inspection. It was A win for all. Happy

Wynne Achatz helped us put our house on the market. She is very knowledgeable . She took the time to sit with us for hours going through every step of the real Estate process. She was a pleasure to work with, no pressure sale rep. We will use her in any future . We would highly recommend her too anyone . Unfortunately we had to take our house off the market because of family matter and she was very understand and supportive.
