This company rents for prices below the market. possibly to rent faster and have commission immediately. But because of this, there is no quality of service for tenants and losses for homeowners.

DON'T go through this property management! They will lie to you, tell you the house is on the market, pocket your money and never contact you again. I'm filing a complaint and fraud against this place with my bank to get my money back.
One of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. We were in one of their properties and had some major issues and they took over two weeks to address it, and still never fixed it. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever and only care about trying to get any small amount of money from you. They are betting on people not wanting to fight for their money and there is no sense of ownership when any type of problems arise. My girlfriend and I had a very bad experience with this company. We were told from some of the realtors not to rent through property management companies, but decided to ultimately rent through RPM. The first day we moved in there was trash in the backyard, the sink faucet was falling off, no washing machine (which was promised in lease), and we were told the locks to the front door were going to be fixed (which never happened).
