This company threw me for a loop when they requested a 100 dollar fee from me for an application and stated that they had "several applications on the home" already. I asked why they were accepting 100 from so many people for one home and they stated that their responsibility is to find the best tenant, I asked if I was denied not for rental history or credit but because of the prejudice of picking the "best tenant" from a pool would my money be returned and she said no. Hello *******. I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the process. In today's market when inventory is very tight, it is very common to receive multiple applications on a property. Many applications are declined so we move to the next applicant. Once we process an application we have significant labor costs involved in the process and have costs with Equifax as well. One of the most unprofessional and shady companies I have ever done business with. I’ve rented from them and wouldn’t tell someone I want to suffer for an eternity to rent from them. If you are and owner and want them to manage your property just take a pile of cash and burn it in your backyard. You will get the same result. 1st year in the house the pool pump went out. They had one of their repairmen replace it. Then last year the union above the pump cracked. This time they had Poolman come out to fix it. Poolman said they... read more

Hi *****. Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your pool issue in August of 2015, with us and our Pool vendor. Poolman is our main pool vendor and the largest pool company in the Valley. Obviously their tech did not identify the issue correctly and based on the notes in our system the owner approved you to use your own vendor to solve the issue and credit you back the cost. On Saturday October 1st I filled out an application(in my husbands name) for a house and paid the $50 fee. The leasing agent contacted me via email on Sunday saying that another party has also filled out an application on the same property so it will go to who is most qualified and we will heAR back in 24 hrs. After leasing with this Property Management for 2 years I positioned myself to buy a home. I was given a standard form to renew my lease and selected 6 months at first of which I signed and submitted that form. 2 week later I found out I was able to purchase a home so I submitted another form asking them to retract my 6 month renewal and to please allow me to continue month to month. I am an owner that was trying to get my property rented out and they took my money for their start up fee and told me that I had nothing to worry about and that they walk me through getting everything to make it rent ready. Noooooooot..... 2 years went by no rent. I missed out on approx. $26,000 in rent because it was impossible to do anything with this company without fees upon fees upon fees.
