Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a HOA management Company. It took an entire week just to get a call back. The woman was uneducated, sharp with tongue with no manners or respect to homeowner. Her responses were poorly written and totally inaccurate. I will definitely advise board to look for another company or perhaps just eliminate the HOA entirely.

This company are simply scam artist. I live in Stonebridge ranch in McKinney. They took over our property management about 6 months ago. They fine you for a non-detailed violation you call them, fix it, then they fine you again and tell you it was for the same violation but point to a different place. They intentionally wait to inform you of violations (over a month) so they can fine and increase fines. They give you a moving target... With intent to be a caregiver for my 90-year old mother, we specifically sought a home with HOA rules to protect her safety (no aggressive dogs without a leash, no unsightly hangings, etc). We settled on Parkway Village in Dallas, managed by RealManage. I think the higher ratings have to be fake or paid for. New resident trying to auto pay POA dues. That’s all. Totally lack professional communication services. Actually got hung up up by customer service - and i was polite. I’m going to do everything I can get my board drop relationship with this incompetent bull company
