Worst experience ever. No communication no repair no customer service. Two months of trying. They made mistakes and just stopped communicating at all instead of trying to correct. AWFUL company.

Any review on this company that is more than 1 star is likely paid for or an employee. I moved into an HOA in December of 2017 that is "managed" by rralmanage, as a renter. In May of 2018, we mailed in a check for $75 and an application for a pool key for the community pool. They would only do business by check which made no sense. In June the check still had not be deposited, and we had no pool key, so I made a phone call. They had the app, but not my check.
