Brandy Martin did a wonderful job of supporting a home owner. The HOA gave me a parking violation for parking in my gravel parking spot of 20 years because it had weeds in it. I asked the HOA if I could replace the gravel with asphalt, but they denied me. I decided to just clean up the gravel parking spot instead. Excellent customer service. Brandy Martin was my original contact with RealManage when we purchased the property a year ago. We are completing projects at this property where I needed guidance before going forward. Brandy again was my point of contact and she went the extra mile in providing me the answers needed. Drew was very responsive and kept me up to date on pertinent details relating to the problematic renters who lived below me for almost three years. RM has been doing a great job in my HOA. There was some issues with managers at the beginning, but the director was very responsive and worked with the HOA board members to find a perfect fit for the community. It’s been almost a year with the new manager and things are going great. So far, I am pleased with the new property management company.
