If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would! I thought the HOA Management Company before RealManage was bad but this company tops the cake! They have absolutely no customer service and they do not respond to phone calls or emails! Their main office in Dallas, TX isn't a whole lot better! If you're looking for an HOA Management Company stay clear away from this company!
Worst HOA management group I have ever seen. It’s crazy I have to write a review to possibly get someone’s attention but I have been trying to get the attention of anyone at the Washington branch for the past 2 months and all of my emails and voicemails are never responded to. I have tenants displaced due to a pipe burst that and have had the worst time trying to establish correspondence with Amy Knepp or anyone else that works there.
The absolute worst management company ever. Huge fines for brown grass in the heat of summer when lawns go dormant anyway. Such a scam.
I'm a Washington state homeowner and talked with Resident Service Adviser Drew in Fort Worth, Texas. He was absolutely wonderful! His level of customer service is stellar! He answered all of my homeowner questions re architectural forms, my account balances, and information regarding the HP HOA process. He was very friendly, polite, articulate, professional but not off-putting :), knowledgeable, and personable. I would be happy to talk with him again! They do not listen...nor does our representstive know much about what our HOA rules and responsibilities are. I've had tons of damage occur with my home that should have been covered.instead they didn't listen and I was forced to pay for fixing it. 42 thousand dollars. And because my house is in low income it is worth only 79 thousand.the repairs cost me over half of what my house is worth...and it's still going on and my house now looks even worse because they don't make our association pay for what they should.
