Horrible. She’s condescending, would not listen to my daughter and what she wanted and would cut us off while we were talking. She literally told us “no” to our request even though it was my daughter’s medical wish and her right to choose (she’s an adult). She rudely hung up on us during our virtual appointment because she didn’t like our comments, questions or requests. She left us wondering what our next steps would be. We had no clue. Horrible experience.
Condescending, cuts you off while you are talking, incredibly judgmental. Preached at me for having a medical marijuana card even though it was legally obtained to help treat my anxiety. I explained to her how I had decreased my use too little to nothing. She still felt the need to berate and disrespect me over it. All the reviews are saying the same thing.
