The whole experience was terrible. She was very condescending, would talk over my daughter and I, and was extremely rude. She also called my daughter the wrong name even after being corrected. I’ve never dealt with someone as unprofessional as she is.
She told my daughter to stop faking her illness. Never going back. Very unprofessional and doesn’t care about helping.
If I could give her a zero I would. Please avoid her and go somewhere else. Very rude and disrespectful.
Very rude to my child and I. Did not listen or emphasize at all. She would cut us off while talking. She also was continuously condescending. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a practitioner.
Avoid like the plague. She should NOT be working in mental health. She has no empathy and is completely unprofessional.
None of the providers there are good quality but she’s the least likely to treat you humanly.
