My name is Ehab I , really had a great experience at recovery first. Dr Chuck Smith is the best Doctor I met in a detox very compassionate and knowledgeable. The Nurses is very knowledgeable, especially Claudia, the Case manager Miss Abby was helpful. My counselor Chris helped me above and beyond with all my needs. They have great techs, And jorje the criminal advisor and Oscar in administration.I felt welcomed the minute I walked in.
This place is been an amazing experience, the therapist are wonderful, lots of knowledge and they really care about us. So grateful! Sarge is one the best of the best speaker I had ever heard in my life. She has passion for the program and I Learned so much with her, her encourage and knowledge is above of everything. Live this place, I’ll recommend it to anyone that wants really recover.🙌🙏
The facility is very nice, i just wanted to commend two of the techs. Anna and nate. They both go above and beyond the call. Very profesional and very caring of the patients. Anna sat with me when i was having a hard time and talked me through it they truly understand recovery
Processing in went very smoothly rooms were nice and clean... Food was good Dr and therapists daily...groups were fair and can use a readdressing... Staff was nice overall... Aftercare hindered by cofonavirus and discharge into was hectic and lacking in info
Very helpful, compassionate, efficient and competent staff. Every one cares for the clients including the Doctors, Nurses, therapists and other staff members, who are themselves very understanding without judgement and know what the clients are going through. I would recommend this center for any one who needs help.
Recovery first was the best decision I had ever made up to that point in my life. I had been in and out of trouble and heavily in addiction for a while. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. They provided a great space to find myself again, between good meals, great people and meetings that really hit home they helped me to see that there was a better way. Everyone here is dedicated to helping clients achieve and maintain recovery. Their caring is evidenced by the way they go above & beyond to identify and address the client’s individual needs. They have my highest regard and appreciation.
Most definitely blessed to be able to have gotten treatment at this facility. I remember it being full of staff who genuinely care about their patients and just over all great human beings. It was definitely a life changing experience for me in the best way and a big part of my sobriety and success to this day I owe to this place!
