The folks at Recovery First are the nicest and most compassionate people. They do everything they can for you and try to help in anyway they can. If they can't help they will find someone who can.
Overall great facility.
Did not get bag back with shaving cream or toothbrush and other stuff. Cash has to mailed at a later date, i thought it was in the safe. I strugled for cash going home. Helped me in my addiction.
I am 43 days clean and sober today. I wouldn't be able to say that if it weren't for my time at Recovery First. My stay at detox was a bit confusing and I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived. The intake process is a bit "jarring" for someone who has never been to a detox center before. But the nurses and BHT's there were helpful and caring. My stay at the residential facility was more organized. The staff was amazing, the clients were nice and sharing in groups, which allowed me to open up and share with others, just for me was a great experience. The staff, nurses, counselors, case workers. All nice and helpful. My personal connections to staff while there I would like to mention by first names were super awesome.
My therapist was incredible and the techs were great
Considering how much they changed my insurance the treatment should have been SO much better. They're all about the money. Some of the staff are well trained and professional.
Best decision I�ve made was to go to recovery first for treatment. Highly professional, Caring and understanding stafff at residential! is a life saver therapist! He truly cares about you and tells it like it is! Also, always looked forward to the days we got to see!!
