Purchased furniture in the beginning of April and they said the delivery date would be August. Fast forward to August and they said it's taking longer than usual check back in September. Gave it until October and he said it was in they just needed to get it out of the shipping container but I should expect it by the end of the month. Ordered furniture a few weeks ago and told delivery mid-December. Mid-December came and did not get a call or update. I called only to find out it most likely wont be here til January. I stressed the importance of needing these items ASAP and now because they wasted my time I'll be furniture-less for another few months.

I did not have a good feeling about this place. I walked around the store for over 30 minutes, and no one asked if I needed help. Very different from HomeWorld Furniture and C. S. Wo & Sons where at least there were a few salespeople who asked if I needed help even if a few other salespeople acted snobbish. Ordered over five furniture in December and the salesperson assured us it would all be in Stock when we need them two months later. Called them a month later to set a delivery day and half of our items were out of stock... And on delivery day one item didn't arrive and I called the salesperson and he said it looked like someone else took it the one he has reserved. Makes no attempt to apologize sincerely and just dismisses it saying it's Hawaii and he can't do anything.
Liars who just want your money. I purchased a sofa and coffee table from Red Knot. The salesman told me he did an inventory check prior to purchase and that both my items were in stock. I told him that was perfect and went ahead with the transaction. When the delivery people arrived at my new place, they did not bring my coffee table. I was confused so I called my salesman who didn't reply to me until the following day. Nice selection of items. Very disappointed by the lack of available sales people to assist us :( We really wanted to purchase furniture today, waited for over 1 hour. Nobody approached us, or greeted us, or even checked to see if we had questions... Total bummer!
Cheap prices but beware the quality of the products are very poor. I purchased a sofa and small end table. End table wobbles and is not balanced. Sofa feet aren't even so it leans to one side. Beware and be sure to check all of your items upon delivery and before the warranty expires. *update: home world customer service is responsive and working to resolve which is appreciated

Apparently, everyone is too busy talking to each other, looking at their phone, and answering phone calls at the desk, to sell furniture to people standing in the store (literally cash in hand). When I finally flagged someone down, I was given an excuse about how she was just walking through and actually worked in another part of the store.
