RecommendedRed McCombs sales is excellent Matt was a great help and put me in a great vehicle. This is my first Ford and SUV. The only thing that I'm not satisfied with is the fast lane department which I'm not going back to. I would suggest buying a vehicle here but get it serviced somewhere else.
This was our first time using service at this location and our experience was great! Pedro helped us and he was very informative and pleasant. I would definitely recommend using this location for service.
Just bought a 2015 Rogue and absolutely love it so far. The process was fairly quick and they were able to keep it exactly in our price range, which is really hard to find in a dealership. Love our new (used) car!
I work with Tony A almost every day and his customer service is remarkable!! He always tells me good morning and asks how my weekend was, even the days I dont have a parts order for him. He is by far my favorite parts guy I work with!!!
A friend and I drove into the lot just to look around at the 2017 5.0 Mustangs and other vehicles when a salesman by the name of Brad Jones walked up and said he could get me into a 5.0 Mustang that day. After a lot of perserverance, I put a $1,000 down and traded in my 2015 Ecoboost Mustang that night and drove off in a 2017 5.0 Mustang! Brad Jones said he could make it happen, and was a man of his word. I'm satisfied with his and Red McComb's service as to the other staff that were polite there.
This was my son’s first new car to purchase. He knew what car he wanted & went in to Red McCombs Ford w/it in mind. We worked w/ Philip Cohen, who found the car & explained everything well to my son & I. He was very polite & professional, was not pushy at all. He then sent us to Abel Ramirez for the finance aspect. He was honest & worked hard at getting us the best deal. There were no hidden cost and he was just as friendly & professional as Philip. I would definitely recommend them when looking for a Ford!
