My wife and I had visited multiple Ford dealerships prior to stopping by Red McCombs Ford. We had been actively looking at full size pickup trucks and found the one we thought we wanted online. I had the most wonderful experience I have ever had buying a car. From the moment I set up an appointment with Oscar Hilario for a test drive, speaking with the finance manager Lee and having Rudy answering addition mechanical questions I was treated with courtesy & respect. We spent 5 hours at another dealership and left when the manager was rude to us. We drove to Red McCombs and Dave D. met us outside, listened to us vent, crunched numbers on 2 vehicles, got us to financing with the adorable Lauren...all within an HOUR!
