This was probably the best dealership I have ever been to! I am a first time buyer and I can honestly say this location has the best team, Belinda was my salesperson and she made my purchase and decision so comforting and helpful because neither of my parents could be there because of work! Ernest Garcia in the Service Dept was AWESOME!! I wasn't happy my beautiful new Explorer had an issue which could have taken weeks to repair! Ernest quickly expedited and juggled to get the part and turned what could have been a negative experience into a WOW experience!!! They ended up repairing the issue and doing an oil change in less than 24 hours!! THAT is quick service!! #fantasticcustomerservice #younowhavealoyalcustomer
