Ernest Garcia in the Service Dept was AWESOME!! I wasn't happy my beautiful new Explorer had an issue which could have taken weeks to repair! Ernest quickly expedited and juggled to get the part and turned what could have been a negative experience into a WOW experience!!! They ended up repairing the issue and doing an oil change in less than 24 hours!! THAT is quick service!! #fantasticcustomerservice #younowhavealoyalcustomer
RecommendedI had a breakdown while visiting San Antonio for the morning. I called Fords 800 service number and was promptly towed to this dealers service department. Victor was attentive, listened to my situation and got my car coded in short order and got me back on the road with an easy fix. Red McCombs service here Had a Heart for a stranded Senior.
