RecommendedA/C went out on the hottest day this year so far...119f, ouch. I knew they would have a backlog of customers, and was execting to wait a week. They fitted me in 2 days later. Kept me abreast of their arrival time and even called to see if I could take an earlier appointment. Ben, the technician, showed on time, courteous and very professional. I have always gotten great service from Redding Heating & Air. They always show up when they say they will and are efficient performing service on my units and keep them running smoothly. I highly recommend them. I switched to them a couple years ago from another service that didn't show up when expected, couldn't remember what what units they had installed and after waiting 6 months for a repair it was time to switch to a reliable service and I've been very pleased with Redding Heating & Air.

I’m always impressed with the work and customer service from Redding Heating and Air. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been kind, patient and helpful. My HVAC unit is awesome and the maintenance check with Gabe was, as always, an easy and pleasant experience.

From Redding to Mount Shasta Redding Heating and Air is our go to for all our non home warranty covered a/c and heating needs. They always have a technician available when needed. Their front office staff, technicians (that we have experienced) are all highly professional and educated on what our repair needs were. Work was done on either the same day or within a very reasonable amount of time. We “Highly” recommend Redding Hearing and Air.

Tech David England was absolutely amazing!! He was very professional, honest and very forthcoming. I appreciate his help and will definitely be using him again!!!! Kudos!!!!
I called at 10 AM, the repairman (Dave) was on scene in about 2 hours (45 minutes early). He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed, all in 100 degree plus heat! We had called three other AC repair places and were given response times from a few days and, in some cases, weeks. Highly recommend Redding Heat and Air.

Called this morning because our heater went out last night. They were able to come out to the house within a few hours and David had it diagnosed. Super respectful and nice guy. Possibly have to wait on part but that isn’t their fault. Definitely recommend these guys!
