RecommendedHeater went out on a cold day, got prompt service. learned my fan was out and the part could be a week out on backorder. Hoping for the best they drove around town until they could find a suitable replacement part. They had the new part installed that same day. Amazing service.

Our AC went out in the late afternoon so I called a couple places but they all had just closed (which I am thankful for!). I called RHVAC and spoke with Eric; He came out and had us up and running in no time. Also, one of our neighbors stopped by to say hello and was having some problems, Eric went to his house and helped him out without hesitation. A huge thank you to Eric! They came out and worked on my swamp cooler today. Jessie was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated him telling me everything he did and what was wrong. It's an old one and when the time comes to replace it I will give Redding Heating & Air a call and have them put one in. Thank you!!
