Always professional and friendly. Aleana does a great job cleaning and always helpful. We've been seeing Dr. McLaughlin for over 20years and highly recommend Redmond Signature.
A part of my front tooth chipped off and I called immediately to get an appointment. I got in right away and Dr. Jumani polished up my front tooth and all looks great again. Her dental hygienist (sorry, no name tag) even helped to polish up a few of my lower teeth. Amanda peaked in to say hi. I love this office! I have such confidence in this office. So professional and friendly.

I called to cancel Sunday because I was sick (sore throat, voice going in and out, bad pleghmy cough, but thankfully not COVID). I got reprimanded for not calling 2 business days in advance when I got a call back on Monday; I cannot predict when I’m going to be sick and 2 business days in advance would have been almost a week (5 days) in advance. The voice recognition software was glitchy & took a long time to switch on. Not a good patient experience. It was annoying and made my appointment longer than before.
