Excellent care and superior customer service!
I called to cancel Sunday because I was sick (sore throat, voice going in and out, bad pleghmy cough, but thankfully not COVID). I got reprimanded for not calling 2 business days in advance when I got a call back on Monday; I cannot predict when I’m going to be sick and 2 business days in advance would have been almost a week (5 days) in advance. The voice recognition software was glitchy & took a long time to switch on. Not a good patient experience. It was annoying and made my appointment longer than before.
