It was mostly pleasant. I was a little anxious since it was my first visit to a dentist in 3 years. The whole staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. They knew I was also in a little bit of a hurry to get to work afterwards so they were very efficient and quick to get me done. I thought the dentist was very knowledgeable and comforting, and the hygienist was extremely patient, especially since my gums were super sensitive. Thanks so much for making me welcome!
As always, I was taken right on my appt time, no waiting. I received the same top notch service as always. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome and that my care and satisfaction is #1 importance. I've been a patient of Redwood for over 30 years so I am obviously very pleased with the level of care I receive.
