Great staff and office
Very good service but I guess I misunderstood what the appointment was for. I had an emergency on a tooth 2 weeks ago and after I was checked out I thought we made an appointment for a cleaning. When I got there that wasn't the case. They took a ton of individual x-Rey's and one panoramic, checked my gums for how much decay and then said I'd need to go to a periodontist.
A pleasant experience, everyone seems to be happy and professional.

I've been coming here for many years. They've never failed to provide polite, warm, excellent service.
The staff was friendly and the office was welcoming. The consultation and exam were free. The dentist was straight forward and didn't try to upsell or talk me into treatment that I didn't need. The only negative is that the technology isn't up-to-date. The rooms were not private and no computers or monitors.
Always have had fantastic experience with everyone at Redwood Dental. My son who is moving back to Michigan; also was impressed.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted and I was very nervous.. Dr Ballhorn and the girls took great care to make me comfortable and at ease
My hygienist was great, and Hannah is an awesome dentist!
