Excellent - great staff
Very short wait, treated very well and excellent work done on my Crown.
Always have gotten good service from 13 mile road Redwood. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Woehrlen is a great dentist and has the hands of an angel. Have never had a problem getting in for short notice problems. The denture department could use improving in patient relations. Getting dentures was quite a traumatic experience, the teeth pulling part was fine. When I left out of there after the first denture fitting I did not know what to expect. I love it here. The girls who work there are wonderful. My dr is kind and understanding.
Appointment was punctual. Work was completed in a short period of time with excellent results.
I really am very fond of the medical staff at Redwood on Thirteen Mile. I'm greeted like I'm a friend and a "long time no see" friend. The atmosphere is clean and wonderful, restful, even with a TV if you need distraction. Some of the women I feel like are my friends. no matter how long it has been since I've seen them. I can get in quickly if there is an emergency. I once called in from Seattle and they were "waiting" for me when I got to Warren. I feel lucky to be a patient at Redwood. My experiences have all been positive! The staff is amazing and so many of them have become good friends. Dr. Mark Bouchillon is the best at what he does; I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs.
