I thought I had only lost a filling but I had actually broken a tooth. The person who answered the phone not only got me in to see a dentist the following day but also moved up my cleaning from Friday to Tuesday, so it could all be done at one time. Yay! Well, I need to go back for my permanent crown. (I hope it isn't TOO gaudy! I don't want to outshine Queen Elizabeth! Ha ha!) Thank you, Redwood Dental!
The reception staff, denial hygienist and dentist are very professional. I have been going to Redwood dental for many years and never had any issues. Over the years I have had a few different Dentists and they all were all outstanding. Typically my appointments on time and I rarely have to wait more then a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I only wish they had a better payment plan. Not everyone wants to finance their dental work and splitting a few thousand dollar bill into three payments every two weeks is not a payment plan nor is it feasible for most people.
