Paul, James and Justin arrived on time, installed the unit ahead of schedule and were friendly and helpful with my questions. Service was first class.
This is our second Reeds Ferry shed. We loved the first so much, we decided to get another. They installed it earlier than originally scheduled due to an opening in their schedule which was requested by me on the original order date. Very happy they could accommodate me! Crew was on time, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I may very well order another one in the future as we have no basement for storage.
This is one of the best and most professional companies I have ever dealt with. Their sales staff was knowledgeable and did not try to pressure you or oversell their product or services. It was also very helpful to see completed sheds on site. Staff answered all questions promptly and courteously. The installation was flawless. That staff was also courteous and professional. They cleaned up everything when finished and the shed is beautiful. I highly recommend Reeds Ferry Shed.

The purchase and installation of my Reeds Ferry shed was an excellent experience from the product selection, ordering, purchase and installation. All the team members that work at this organization are professional with a world class customer service. We had Eric, Steve and Erik come to install ours and they were miraculous to watch. They barely spoke to each other yet moved like a finely tuned machine. What a fantastic team.

**** ** Both crews of young men (those demolishing an old shed and those building the new shed) were very professional and worked well together. Very respectful of our property. Love the new shed! We ordered our 12 x 14 Gazebo in February just before the price increase. We were expecting delivery on 4/29/22. As an extra step, we were told to check in with our town to get a permit. This turned into a huge fiasco and we didn't get our Gazebo until 7/1/22. Matt and Carl would wonderful to work with. They helped with the redesign required by our town so we could have our Gazebo.
