Very happy in all respects. Sales process was open and comfortable. Follow-up was timely. Installation was flawless. The installation crew was professional and very courteous. Overall "5" stars. Product seems to be of the high quality that the company advertises.
Installation guys were so professional and pleasant. They arrived when they said they would and the shed went up quickly and cleanly. They went out of their way to be helpful. And the shed is awesome!
A crew arrived at time promised. They demolished our old shed and removed all remnants. Then built our beautiful new shed with skill, safety and professionalism.. We are very happy with the work and the finished product . Thank you Teams 4 and 5 !! I would definitely recommend Reeds Ferry to friends and family .
Trevor and his crew showed up at 7am and completed the install by 9:30am! It was the the most efficient operation I've ever seen. They were a well organized crew. Everybody had a job to do and did it. All the shed pieces had a specific spot so there was no wasted time assembling it. Nothing left behind, the site was spotless. The crew was very professional and informative during the install. I am totally impressed with the experience and would highly recommend Reeds Ferry Sheds.
I've been doing many needed projects on my house and choosing Reeds Ferry for the purchase of my shed was by far the most pleasant experience! The staff on the phones, who had to deal with many calls and questions from me, were pleasant, patient, answered all my questions in detail, and kept me well informed of the whole process. Team #4 arrived right on the scheduled time. They did an outstanding job building the shed. The shed is perfect and exactly what I ordered. I had a custom Cavalier King Charles Spaniel weathervane made and they even installed it for me. They were very polite and professional.
The 8x16 shed was exactly what we wanted. After I ordered on line, I received a number of phone calls from Reeds Ferry keeping me informed of what to expect and answering any questions I may have had. A totally amazing purchase. Not only is our new shed excellent quality, it was the most impressive purchase and installation we have ever experienced - beginning with awesome customer service and help from the office staff, to the crew that constructed the shed.
