Nice quiet place Management changed in July 2022. Since then, they've cleaned up the community and gotten rid of the roaches. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. I'm glad I chose Regency. It's close to groceries, shopping, downtown, and activities. I'll recommend it.
You get what you pay for... They don't tell you all the fine details till AFTER you sign. The price went up by about $100 barley a week after talking to them and no mention of a monthly pet fee till later. The place is VERY outdated as well....Look at EVERYTHING and ask ALL the questions before you move here.
Former tenant I was very disappointed with my decision to move here. The apartment was roach infested and when I requested to have it taken care of, management was very condescending, like I was the problem. When I had to break my lease due to my husband passing away, again Ms. Williams was very condescending, like it was my fault and caused a lot of unnecessary emotional distress during a very difficult and sad time in my life.

Major Improvements Within the last year these apartments have been up under new management and I see a tremendous change maintenance has been obtained in a timely matter the apartments are being upgraded and held at a professional level thanks to Mrs. Williams
Worst place I have lived My fiancé and I signed a one year lease here and at first things were good but after a month we started having problems with our downstairs neighbor. He would bang on the wall and threaten to call the cops on us for walking across the living room. I brought it up to the management and they said they would make a note about it. Really good apartments My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half now. We really enjoy it here. The apartments are large, clean, and well maintained. Any problems you have are very quickly addressed. The apartments and appliances are dated, but everything works, and the rent is affordable. I have only two complaints. They put in speed bumps, and they are terrible. I have a very low to the ground car, and I HATE going over those speed bumps every day. Also, there is no coin machine in the laundry room.
