Chase was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. The power chair is amazing too. They made sure it was tuned to my wife's needs by reprogramming the joystick to respond like she wanted it to. They set it up after delivery and even changed the shroud color for her. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs a power chair or other medical equipment.Thanks to everyone involved.

The time my representative took to measure me for my specific needs and the way he explained why, how and what he was measuring for.
I love my Jazzy once my Doctor approved it it was just a week or so before it was delivered.
The lady that helped me was superb in every aspect from interviewing me for information to receiving my new scooter. The young man was very friendly upon bringing my scooter Both were very nice and knowledgeable
