I was made to feel very comfortable! I had many questions on a variety of topics and all were answered and understood. I did not feel rushed to hurry up my questions.
The Office honored the scheduled time, the room was already prepped, Dr. Johnson was professional, thorough, and caring (chose words to alleviate my anxiety), and her nurse assistant was competent. Prior to the visit, the email I sent via the health app was read with little delay and I was told to call the office and was able to make a same day telehealth appointment with Dr. Johnson who told me to see her in person soon after and opened an appointment for me on an otherwise fully booked day. Great doctors
Love Dr. Johnson. Should have been checked for fever when entering office. Also, I noticed I was asked to stand on the black at the reception area yet I saw 3 people leaning on their counter. Should be the same across the board
