Excellent experience and highly satisfied customer. Dina was easy to work with. I’m in sales and don’t like pushy or sales people who talk so much I don’t want to buy. Juan was a great sales agent; really knew his stuff - no pressure and I was able to get my purchases tax free due to them being medically necessary and having a letter from my doctor. That's some nice savings. Great customer service afterward also when I had a minor issue with my recliner, only b/c I didn't have the strength to make the adjustment I wanted, so someone was sent out at a very convenient time for me. I will definitely purchase from Relax the Back again!!!
