I came into your location because I have fibromyalgia I got a therapedic support for my back in my car I've had it for about a week so hopefully it will give me some more relief she said it was a little stiff when you first get it so I'm hoping that it softens a little bit but the lady in the store was very kind she came out to the car with me so I could try the cushion against my back in the car very good customer service thank you
