Excellent customer service and the product I purchased worked! I drove from Boynton Beach Florida to Philadelphia. The product enabled me to sit in a position that relieved pressure on my lower back so that when I arrived home and did a few short yoga stretches, my back did not hurt --amazing! Months earlier after driving down to Florida, my back was so bad I couldn't walk for a week --wish I had known about Relax the Back!
