Your supplier Freedom should be taken to task for not supplying any instruction sheets with a chair that sells for so much money. They had a few lines of instruction on the box, but it was not complete. Also,who in their right mind is going to save a giant box for future reference. When I put the chair together the seat was to small for me. I could see there was room to move it back. I recently sat down on my Lafuma chair. Amazingly and unexpectedly, it collapsed and I was in the chair and flat on my back. I called Ashley, and sent her the pictures of the chair she requested. Ashley called me back and advised that RTB would replace the chair with a new one, which I picked up at the store within a week. We really appreciate the no hassle service and RTB taking ownership of the problem. Thank you.
