Customer service could not be any better. I had a problem with a product because of health issues that I have. It was a non-refundable item. When Ashley found out I could not use it she immediately called the owner to see if an exception could be made. The owner also said yes right away. I could not thank Ashley enough for helping me with this. They gave me a complete refund. Have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be.
