Alexander Iglesias was great. I had a chair, Model PR120, on which the frame had broken and I wished to replace it with one as close to it as possible. I found the store online, phoned, looked at more recent Model PR126 on a website, and purchased. I love my new chair and thank Mr Iglesias for his excellent help in making this purchase on phone. (I'm unable to walk--use power chair.)

The chairs are wonderful. The cover replacement was doable even for old folks like us. Glad you don’t sell the poor quality covers that I had purchased. My new one is great! The salesman was friendly and most helpful!
