I understand the circumstances. You yourself did an excellent job and gave me some small credit. I believe it would have been better suited for the company that employs this white glove service to call me for additional credit. I do not believe the armrests are securely attached because they have slightly movement in them. I personally saw the installer lose 2 screws inside the chair and could never find where they went. Unfortunately, due to your location being outside our local delivery team's window we had to utilize the white glove service provided by our vendor, which in this instance sent a team not familiar with the chair. I ordered a car cushion online.ContourSit Car Cushion by Relax The Back Item# LCAO030 I bought a similar one at this store 3-4 years ago when I found out I had ruptured discs. Love it. I wanted to get a new one as that was was worn out and they did not have it at the store-so I ordered online. It was NO comparison to the original one. I sent it back and was very disappointed not only in the poorer quality but that I had to pay $13 to ship it back. I won't buy from there again.
