This chair was a surprise happy birthday gift for my husband. Relax the Back owner made sure ALL was kept the best secret. Delivery, set-up, help to remove the existing chair and informational instructions/warranties for the newly purchased one were clearly given. I was having a problem with my 15 year old healthy back chair. The person I contacted listened carefully to the issue and sent me the part I needed within four days. He explained to me that I could fix the chair myself, take it to a store, or have someone come out to do the repair. Now that’s good customer service! I couldn’t have been more pleased.
