Words cannot describe the excellent service that I have received over the years from David at Relax the back but I am going to try. I recently had back surgery and although I am beyond comfortable on the Tempurpedic mattress that I purchased there 15 years ago I was having a hard time spending so much time in bed and I hated missing out on my family. I was pleasantly surprise at the high level of professionalism and attentive customer service. I have to say this is unmatched anywhere. I would only recommend that when a purchase is made, the return policy be clarified as to what can and cannot be returned. The receipt indicated custom items were not returnable; to me a custom item is something made according to my specs.
